in
Mr. Bruce Saville – founder of Saville Systems in 1982,
serving as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board. Saville Systems’ advanced
billing systems (software) enabled companies like AT&T, Sprint and Unitel to
bring their new products and services to market quickly. Mr. Saville will speak
about the factors that contributed to their success and eventual acquisition by
ADC Telecommunications.
1:30pm Panel Discussions – “Structure
of a Good (Business) Deal”
A panel-led discussion that explores business valuation
for technology companies, what angel and venture capital firms are looking for,
and structures of a fair business deal, entry and exit strategies, and
